Abstract:
Russia’s reforms in progress are meant to create effective economy, find and activate the potential for economic growth and high living standard,
smoothen the present social inequality. A significant condition for reaching the abovementioned goals is encouraging further civilized development and
functioning of the nation-wide business. It is particularly important for small business to strengthen its positions and consolidate its role in socio-economic processes on national as well as regional scale.
